1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how AuditLoft handles information in connection with this informational website and the PCard Audit Toolkit. It also outlines how information may be handled when commercial ordering becomes available in the future.
2. The AuditLoft website
This pre-launch website provides information about AuditLoft and PCard Audit Toolkit. It does not currently provide user accounts, accept orders, collect payment details or deliberately use advertising or analytics trackers.
Like most websites, the hosting provider may automatically process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, and security or access logs. AuditLoft may receive or review this information where necessary for website operation, security or troubleshooting.
3. PCard Audit Toolkit
PCard Audit Toolkit is a locally installed Windows desktop application. Your transaction analysis is performed locally on your computer. The application does not require your purchasing-card transaction dataset to be uploaded to an AuditLoft cloud service in order to run its audit analytics.
You are responsible for managing access to the computer, source files and outputs used with the application in accordance with your organization's policies and applicable requirements.
4. Communications
If you contact AuditLoft at [email protected], AuditLoft may use the information you provide to respond, maintain business records and address support, legal or security matters. Please avoid sending confidential transaction datasets through ordinary email.
5. Future purchases and payment processing
PCard Audit Toolkit is not currently available for purchase. If commercial sales begin, order and payment processing may be provided by a third-party merchant of record or payment provider. That provider may collect and process payment, billing, tax and order information under its own privacy terms. AuditLoft will update this policy and provide relevant notices before commercial sales begin.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The current site does not deliberately place advertising or analytics cookies. Essential infrastructure or security technologies may be used by the hosting provider to deliver and protect the site.
7. Retention and disclosure
Any information received by AuditLoft will be retained only as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was received, legitimate business records, security, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Information may be disclosed to service providers supporting website operation, when required by law, or to protect rights, safety and security.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the website, product and commercial services evolve. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
